We are property managers for commercial properties and offer the following services.
Lease screening
Typically, prior to a lease; we will screen your financial and criminal background. A tenant lease form is attached and propspective tenants are to complete and return to us. Confidential information will never be disclosed.
Rent payment
We have teamed up with www.erentpayment.com for rent payments and when you sign up for a lease, we will send you the renters code.
Insurance
Tenants must have liability insurance and name Landlord/Bank as co-insured. Within 10 days of lease starting, a copy of insurance must be forwarded to us.
Maintainence request
If you have a maintainence request for a service that is included in your contract, you can make a request through the “Contact us” page.
